Britania outlines its operational direction for 2025 with 'Craft & Love is BRI', launching 6 new projects worth a total of 7.5 billion baht, aiming for total revenue of 4 billion baht. Dr. Suphalak Janpitak, CEO of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), revealed that the real estate market this year continues to face various risks similar to 2024 due to the global economic downturn, including in Thailand. The GDP growth figures are lower than expected, and household debt issues are affecting purchasing power, which has yet to recover, alongside strict lending policies. Under these circumstances, BRITANIA must reaffirm its competitive capabilities in both products and services that align with the lifestyles and needs of consumers across all age groups, while emphasizing the brand's value under the concept of 'Craft a life you love' that reflects the identity of BRITANIA.

Plans and Goals for 2025 - Dr. Suphalak stated that in 2025, Britania will operate through 3 main strategies: 'Authentic Growth', which focuses on careful operations, enhancing product and service quality, and delivering homes to customers as promised. This year, the company will launch a total of 6 new projects valued at 7.5 billion baht, with a target revenue recognition from transfers of 5 billion baht (including joint venture projects) and a total revenue target of 4 billion baht. In the first half of the year, 4 projects will be launched, including: 1. BELGRAVIA Exclusive Pin Klao-Brom Ratchachonnani valued at 1.6 billion baht, 2. BRITANIA Suksawad-Pracha Uthit valued at 1.1 billion baht, 3. GRAND BRITANIA Bangkok Golf Course-Suvarnabhumi (JV) valued at 1.55 billion baht, and 4. BRITANIA Bangsaen (JV) valued at 1.25 billion baht. Additionally, 2 more projects will open in the second half of the year, including 1. BRISTOL BANGKOK (JV) valued at 1.05 billion baht, and 2. BALCO LAGOON Cherng Talay Phuket valued at 950 million baht, which is a continuation of the success from the BALCO BANGTAO BEACH project, featuring single-family homes/villas near Bang Tao Beach with only 35 units available.
